Great managerial skills of program design and implementation.
Experienced in work with foreign organizations NGO like UNDP, Save the Children, ILO (International Labour Organization), MSH (Management Sciences for Health, Bangladesh), SRCWP (Strengthening Regional Cooperation for Wildlife Protection), OXFAM International (Oxford Committee for Famine Relief).
Knowledge of cost-benefit analysis.
English communication, both written and spoken
Thorough knowledge of Media regulations and policies.

Compiling and Editing received program format and script
Meetings with the copywriter and editor to understand the purpose of the program
Meetings with the Production team to convey the exact layout and the set-up of the program
Contacting the technical people to estimate the time and cost in creation of the program
Conducting meetings with the senior officials to pass on the program details
Encouraging the subordinates to achieve targets in terms of money as well as time
Collecting feedbacks of the program from the target audience
Maintaining accounts for the overall production of the program
